Fun in the snow off the slopes!

A big choice – a great fun factor!

The Zell am See-Kaprun region is covered in a blanket of snow in the winter, and that’s precisely the time when a holiday chalet reveals its own special charm. Our "Edelweiß", "Almrose" or "Enzian" chalets will enable you to enjoy the romantic atmosphere that surrounds our Großglockner chalets and you can not only experience winter at its best, but engage in the many different outdoor activities that will appeal to the whole family!
Several natural toboggan runs, including the "Köhlergraben toboggan run", the "Guggelbichl toboggan run" or the "Kohlschnait toboggan run” in Bruck guarantee pure pleasure. Immerse yourself in the silence and tranquility of nature on snowshoes, winter hikes and ski tours, and for those who are drawn to the ice, skating on Lake Zell or Bavarian curling provide plenty of convivial winter sports fun. You can end your day in Zell am See in a romantic mood on a horse-drawn sleigh ride before returning to the comfort of your chalet.

The special feature of our location is the proximity to the golf course, which in winter is a large park covering several hectares. It is practically on the doorstep with a winter hiking trail and cross-country ski trail and is a massive playground for snowball fights, snowman or igloo building and sledging on the hills.
